Our Current CSR Performance

We recently underwent a CSR assessment by EcoVadis (https://ecovadis.com), a globally recognized rating platform. We achieved an overall score of 47/100, earning a bronze medal under this international benchmark.

This score reflects our efforts in the following areas:

• Environment: 40/100

• Labor Practices: 30/100

• Ethics: 30/100

• Sustainable Procurement: 30/100

These initial results show that, while our practices are generally virtuous, there are still areas for improvement to achieve our sustainability goals.

Our Goals and Commitments

Our goal is to increase our score by 10 points in our next assessment, scheduled for August 2024. To achieve this, we are implementing a rigorous corrective action plan that includes:

• Documenting all actions undertaken and the objectives of our practices: This was identified as the most significant weakness during our audit.

• Improving working conditions: Strengthening safety measures and promoting employee well-being.

• Reducing our carbon footprint: Adopting more environmentally friendly practices.

• Reinforcing ethics: Providing continuous training in business ethics and increasing operational transparency.

• Sustainable Procurement: Applying stricter supplier selection criteria based on their CSR performance and collaborating on sustainable practices.
